spare tire securement? 900

Is there a bracket or clamp that secures the spare tire in the well? This is a 960 wagon. There is a threaded hole in the center of the well, which looks as though it was meant to anchor the spare in place. I'm not the original owner, so I don't know if OEM specified an anchor for the tire.

I have a rattle in the back. I installed the rattle repair kit & adjusted the striker plate, but no luck.
