122s Sedan Sill or Rocker Panel Drain Holes 120-130 1966

I'm in the process of cleaning up the interior of a 1966 Volvo 122s 2-door sedan. I recently purchase this car and during the process of cleaning up the interior, I found a lot of things that needed cleaning. Anyways, I was thinking of using pressurized water to clean the insides of the doors and rocker panel or sills. I know that the doors have holes to allow water to drain. Do the rocker panels have drain holes? I don't want to introduce water into the rocker panels to promote rust. In the end, I plan to use Eastwood's Heavy Anti-Rust in these hidden compartments to hopefully prevent future rust formation.
