Power steering fluid leak 200 1986

OK awhile back I started leaking power steering fluid. Since I'm home for the holidays I was able to get a good look underneath the car. I noticed that there is a pipe that ends above the bar and is sealed under the boot. When my brother turned the wheel I noticed that the pipe let out a stream of fluid when turned hard over. I was wondering if I just need to replace the boots or is there something else wrong.
