1992 245 Fuel Pump Cold Start Problem 200

Hi Everyone,

I have a cold start problem. If the temp gets down in the 40s at night the fuel pump won't work so I have to crank and crank to get her started. If I switch the key on and off over and over, maybe 25 times, the pump will engage. The relay sems to be working and clean. Any ideas? Thanks
