940 dies 900 1993

I thought this was solved, but no. My 940 will die, everything, lights, engine, radio when an additional load is placed on the electrical system. Sometimes just stepping on the brakes is enough to kill it. It almost seems like the battery is disconnected. I had the Crank Position Sensor and Knock sensor replaced and all the grounds cleaned. It still dies. After a minute of sitting the car will start right up and I can drive off. Any ideas?
