HELP !!! broken cam bearing stud 200 1989

My cheap @$$ torque wrench does not click at 15 foot pounds. I found out the hard way. I snapped a stud on a cam bearing cap. I need to get this car back on the road today. I am fixing to go to the local pick and pull yard to get a used one. Are they pressed in or screwed in ??? If screwed in do they screw out clockwise ??? What is the best way to remove and reinstall one of these studs. There is about a 1/4 inch left on the broken stud.
