High NO2 in N.J. 200 1989

High guys. Haven't been on the Brickboard in a while...Been real busy at work
and my Bricks have been humming along just fine.

I just failed N.J. emissions with NO2 at 1509 vs. 1273 Max.
I'm going to look for the usual suspects such as plugs, caps and rotor,
and a vacuum leak or plugged flame trap. Are there any other obvious
culprits? Thanks for any insights.
