I fixed it/alarm stuck on/no crank 91 740 700

HAPPY HOLIDAYS....
I finally got my 90 740 to start up since the alarm light began flashing 2 weeks ago. The car would not even crank, and I had to bypass the alarm before doing this.

1. disconnect the battery
2. open the passenger door
3. turn the key to the 2nd position
4. reconnect the battery
