'75 240 Instrument Cluster 200 1975

Hello,
I have a 1975 244GL that I am restoring, and I have run into a bit of a predicament. The car was originally sold in Canada, and somewhere along the line the instrument cluster was changed to a US model cluster. However, this causes the speedometer to read incorrectly. I haven't been able to find a KM/H speedo anywhere. I have honestly run out of ideas as how to remedy this problem, any suggestions?
