Looking at a possible buy. 1990 w/86K miles. Looks like no damage or body work. Not sure if records exist. Looks really nice. What items do I need to look for? Has the 2.3L turbo and my main concern is how to tell if turbo needs work or replacing? What about brakes and suspension? This will be my sons first car and looking for something safe and easy to work on. Have had a 144, many 200's, a 940, 850, V70 with a present XC90 and 965 in the garage now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
