Brake Lines and General Parts Question 120-130

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out:

My first question is a general parts question: When referencing the parts catalog there are sometimes several part numbers listed for one part I know that there is some clarification in the notes (like in my particular case Vst (left-side drive) and Hst (right-side drive) but there are also numbers that I can't make any sense of. Any idea what these numbers could mean? (7, 9) or (8,10)

Second question: I'm looking for new brake lines for the front disk brakes, for my 1967 Volvo 122s (these would be figures 47 and 48 in the exploded diagram) but I am having trouble locating anyone that sells them online. I am wondering if anyone has obtained these parts new, if they are in fact possible to obtain new? There may be some good online retailers that I am unaware of?
