15 inch alloys for a 240,will they fit? 200

I have a set 15`inch 20 spoke alloys from a 92 740t that i would like to put on my 1988 240. can this be done without any modifications? lug nuts,bolt patterns are the same. Studs?? If any one has done or no of someone doing this let me no. Look forward to your info.
