Fast Idle 200 1989

First I need to thank everybody who have given me excellent advice. You guys have saved me many times and here I go again.

From the previous thread I discussed how the previous owner deleted the cat on my 1989 Volvo 240 automatic. In doing so he failed to relocate the o2 sensor. He just simply cut it off. Well today I drilled and welded a bung hole in the single pipe portion of my header pipe. I now have an o2 sensor. It idles much better now and no longer wants to stall at traffic lights. The idle is lower but still a little on the fast side. When in gear it idles at about 800 rpm. When in park it idles at about 1400 rpm. Next week I plan to remove my fuel injectors to have them professionally cleaned and reinstalled with new o-rings. What advice would you guys give to help me bring this idle down?

These are some of the things I have done already.
New crank sensor
Cleaned throttle body and air control valve
Checked air intake hose for holes (none)
Spark plugs and wires
Replaced timing belt and seals

Anymore or better ideals would be greatly appreciated.
