Blower resister pack, source for thermal fuse 700

I have a 91 740, it has a potted blower resister fuse (not like a 89 which has the three wire coils). There is a thermal fuse that appears bad (no continuity now, it appears blowen)

This post stated that the author got a replacement one at Radio Shack, anybody know the spec on the thermal fuse, so I can get one myself? Mine has got some potting agent on the outside, so I cant identify what size it is.
