Gas Gauge starting to wander 200 1991

Officially got my 245 back from my daughter yesterday.

On the long drive home, I noticed that when the gas gauge gets down to about 1/3 full, it slowly wanders up and down from the top of the orange up to nearly half full. A left-hand turn tends to make the gauge drift upward, then it slowly settles back down over 3-4 minutes.

What may cause this?
