trouble code 212 200 1992

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and I have a question. My 1992 240 wagon has the check engine light on and has a stored code of 212 in the computer. According to the Volvo manual, this code is bad heated O2 sensor or heater circuit. I have replaced the O2 sensor with a new Bosch OEM type sensor, cleared the code, but it keeps popping back on. One of the guys at IPD suggested maybe the knock sensor. I don't know--I'm stumped. Any one have any ideas? Thanks, Rich Will
