I have a 1991 245 SE. After about 2 minutes my radio distorts with loud staticy signal. If I am lucky I can tap the radio or shake it and it clears up for another minute. I presume that this is the radio dyeing. How do I know that this is not the amplifier? I have a Sony cdx L300 cd player/radio that I took out of an '89 240 I have. I thought it would be an easy trade off. It looks like the harnesses are different. What is up with that round 6-pin connector? what doe that feed? is there gorilla instructions anywhere that tell me how to change out the radio?
