No Start 1990 240 wagon

Well , I had this thing running beautiful..then started to have a rough idle and smelled very rich. Stalled a couple of times, started right up, now does not start but turns over. Code before the no start was 113. Can an O2 sensor create a no start condition? I have checked all injectors , they are all quite new , installed about 15000 miles ago. New crank sensor also .This went from running very well to no start in 2 days. I have a strong feeling it is a O2 sensor but confused about the no start situation.
