I have posted this before. Though it was a once off but now it has returned on the passenger side.
Seems fronts only. The hubcaps rotate and bend the valve stem to the point that the stem cracks and a resulting flat tire. I had it only happening on the driver side but it now happens on the passenger too. Once a week (150km or so) the valve is bent behind the factory caps if i do not re-align the caps. This just started in the last few months. Prior 16+ years without a problem.

Anyone got any tips on this anomaly?? Caps are factory Volvo one piece and appear to be in perfect shape. Rims are facory Volvo steel rims.
