Hey all,
I have a '90 745 GLE that stalls when in gear. I just replaced the spark plugs and ignition amplifier. I used a new Bosch amp and NGK copper plugs. I looked at the throttle body, and it is very clean. The engine was rebuilt recently. (<2000mi) It has Bosch ignition wires that appear to be in good condition. All the sensors short of the MAF were replaced. Doing the amplifier and plugs seemed to help, but its still not right. I am guessing that the throttle body is out of adjustment. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, since the stalling makes the car stressful to drive. Thanks.
Best regards, Jon 'Uncle Olaf'
