Wiper Switch 120-130 1966

My wiper switch seems to have seized up. I can get it to the first speed with out too much trouble, but the second speed and the washer position are almost impossible with out an insane amount of force on the switch.

And last night, the switch started working intermittantly altogether. I have to jiggle it just right for it to work.

Is this something I can take apart or will a replacement be in order?
