Black spark plugs 200

Well, A few weeks ago I picked up a 83 240GL auto trans with 112,000 miles. It looked great but had a few things to fix. I didn't need any more projects to work on but here we go. It appeared to run fine for a few days then one mornig it was hard to start. The temp was about 25 that mornig so maybe the temp was making it hard to start. Once it warmed up it ran ok. The next day it started right up but as my wife was driving it started to miss and stall on her at a coulpe of stop signs. When I got home I took a look at the plugs and they were covered with black powder. I did a quick clean up of the plugs put them back in and started up the car it still had a miss and would stall. Pulled the plugs back out and they were black again. So I looked thru the repair history on the car and it has had starting problems in the past few years. Now my wife calls the volvo the Lemon. So I have a Lemon. In the past two years this car has been in three shops with problems. They have replaced temp sensor, re-man.AMM, wiring, O2 sensor, used ECM, Re-man. injectors, used ciol, and fuel injection controle mod. Using a multimeter I found that the AMM was set at 1,000 ohm so I will change that to 360 and see if it makes a difference. I put in new plugs and wire but in seconds they are black as the old ones. I also took the fuel line off the fuel pressure reg. to see if it was plugged but I was able to blow thru it. I also hooked a fuel line up to the reg. to see if fuel was coming thru the return line and it was. Could the injectors be having a problem? The ground wires for the injectors are cleamn and look new. I'm running out of things to check. I was going to take it to a shop but now it's running so bad it won't make the 25 miles to the shop. Any help would be great!
