Should I return this 245 to GA? 200 1992

Made a reply in another post about sunroofs in a 240 wagon, and am a bit anxious.

Why, cause I just bought one up in GA ...yesterday. It was on Autotrader ..a red 245, 144K, good shape - other than a bad headliner - with a glass sunroof.

Can it be fixed, or should I take this back to the dealer Monday? That is - if it is possible. There is a Lemon Law in GA, but I am not sure it applies here.

Any advice appreciated.
