FPR soldering question 200 1986

Well, at least it wasn't raining. The wife and I were out shopping at Wal-Mart this afternoon and getting ready to leave, the car cranked then abruptly died. I had 1/2 tank of fuel so that wasn't the problem. I opened the trunk and went straight to my spare parts bag of which are 4, yes 4 spare fuel pump relays that I grab each visit to the boneyard. The first and second ones didn't allow the car to start, but the third one was the charm and the wifey was happy. So was I. Then I put the original one back in just for giggles and it started right up, but I still removed it and put the replacement in. We were only in thet store for about 30 minutes and it's nice and cool out. What is the process in resoldering the board on these things? Also, one of the replacements I have in a box at the house says it's made in Germany and has copper colored contact blades were as all my others say made in Hungary with silver colored blades both with the same part number. Anything special there the the German one?
