Rough Idle at Start 200

The 91 245 has taken on a rough idle at start. At first I thought it might just be from the cold but I think its more than that now. Perhaps an issue with the cold start system. It has taken on a slightly higher idle when warm too.

I've WD-40's the linkages so nothing is really sticking around the fuel body. Cleanded the flame trap as well.
