Brake hoses, Where to find rubber hoses that go from chassis to calipers 140-160

I need to replace the front left hoses for my 71 144. They dont let the pressure back out of the line once its applied. I had a hard time finding them. Do hoses for another application work on these cars? I figure there are probably other cars more current that would use the same hoses, which would make it alot easier to buy them at the local parts store, and not have to deal with an online order. Anyone find other cars that work?
