Replacement front antenna for 245 200

My 245 has a front-mount FM antenna that is mounted on the left front fender near the windshield. It is angled back to run up the windshield post and attached at the base and by a metal band on the upper post. I assume that it replaced the notorious power antenna at the back; there is still an antenna lead in the spare tire well.

I like this antenna well enough but my copy is pretty badly corroded and even with a lot of clean-up, I think that it isn't working at nearly 100%.

I'd like to find an exact replacement; I see other 245s that seem to have this antenna. I just can't find a supplier. Anyone out there know where I can buy a new version of this antenna?
