Broken bolt in block...pics 200

Hello guys I have an 89 240dl. As you can see the bolt that holds the upper alternator adjustment bracket broke. If you take a look here http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=1254191 you can see the problems I was having in the past. What I did too solve the problem was place 2 alternator bushing on top of each other and use and longer bolt so that the upper arm would meet up with the top alternator tab. Anyways the bolt I used broke a week later as you can see. I might have not had it screwed in all the way but it was a grade 10. So any ideas on how to get the chunk out? The crank pulley is really in the way to try and drill it out. How hard is it to take the crank pulley off? Thanks for the help and ideas.
