67 bumber bracket bolts 120-130

Does anyone know the bolt size needed to attach the bumper & bracket at the front. I have the bumper but no bolts, every size I try at either home depot or rona is close or too big. 7/16 is a hair to small and its either the 10mm or 12mm won't go in far. i figure the 12mm is the one but the coarse and fine threads at rona are not correct. I'd really like to have a front bumper back on the car. Any help would great.

Oddly enough i have a set of bolts off of a 66 wagon i cut up and they don't even fit...
