Well i did it. I started with 1/16 Cobalt, 1/16 left handed, then 1/4 cobalt with drill stops. the end of the hole is slightly off, but it threaded nicely. It took me two hours to tap, for I tapped at a snails pace/ less than a tenth turn with cutting oil and backing it out. The first time I re-threaded something. A little nerve racking and I will start her up tomorrow. Again many thanks to all that helped me, and I hope to share the knowledge. Thanks.
