Radio wiring 700

The stock radio in my 87 740 GLE is broken, so I went to the junkyard to get another one.

I grabbed a radio from a newer 7 series Volvo, and ran into some problems when I went to install it.

The new radio has different color wires and some of the wires are thicker. It also has a connector. My old radio is hardwired and all the wires are the same thickness, as well as different colors, so I am a little confused.

What wire from my old harness goes to the new radio? Anyone have a pinout for the radios?
