Best trailer hitch (945 na) 900 1995

I'd like to add a trailer hitch to my 95 945. From what I can tell, there are 3 different hitches available, made by either draw-tite, hiddenhitch, or reese.

I've been looking at the vendor www.drawtite-hitches.com, the URL,
http://www.drawtite-hitches.com/hitchsearch

From the 3 images on the web, these hitches seem to have different ways of attaching to the frame. Is there a "better" version of the hitch, or should I just buy the cheapest variant?
