Strange behaviour while cranking 200

Since Last week my car was cranking slow (long and slow) as if battrey is going dead but today it has been cranking faster than normal . What could be the cause.I have never seen that before. My only fear is about getting stranded somewhere.The car's voltmeter shows somewhat close to 14 -15 Volts otherwise while running there is no issue.
