interior insulation 140-160 1970

Hi, I have been working on a 1970 142 slowly for several years.I think I will finish it this summer.I have rebuilt the frontend, brakes, installed IPD sway bars front and rear, welded in the transmission hump and installed a overdrive transmission with a short shifter, repaired all the rust, new paint ,new raditor, new Sandex exhaust and lots of other stuff. This is not a show car by any means but looks good.I bought a new interior, door panels, backseat side panels and new seat covers. This winter I have taken the seats apart and installed the new covers. A good job for the basement during western New York winter.
Does anyone have some ideas about what I should do for sound deading in the floors, doors, side panels and behind the back seat before I install the new interior?
Thanks Joel the locksmith
