HOWDY ALL!

I have a 62' 1800 with the jensen interior. I am needing to take my door panels off, but I cannot figure out how to get the window cranks off! I cant pop then off or find any kind of screw on them.
I don't want to destroy my handle or the door panel.

Please hep' me.
