Faulty bulb light always on EXCEPT when braking?!? 200

The light that alerts the driver that a light is out is constantly on while driving. It does go out whenever the brake is applied however, but comes back on as soon as my foot comes off the pedal.

I have checked all the bulbs and everything seems to be in working order. Anyone had an experience like this before?
