seatbelt question 200 1982

My wife drives a 242... in the mornings when it's cold, she has a problem getting the seatbelt all the way to it's latch. Not uncommon in my experience. When I drive her car I don't have as much trouble, as I sit farther back...

I've got access to a bunch of similar year donor cars... but they are all 4 door or wagons.

So, is the seatbelt strap in a two door longer because the mounts are farther back? Or would one from a 4 door be compatible?
