Headlights-parking lights failed together no night driving 900 1995

Finally got the car washed and the next evening driving home after dark the exterior lights went out completely! Turn signals/hazards still work and high beams. Doubt it's a fuse, probably a relay. Can't drive in the dark! Any ideas? Help me fix it before I take it to the dealer. Thx! Ron
