79 240 major loss of power 200 1979

On my way home this weekend I made a short stop. When I started up to leave the idle was rough, and driving home it had barely enough power to make it. When I start it cold it runs fine for about half a minute then gets progressively worse as I go. It never completely dies but it barely idles. If I push it above about 4500 rpm it seems to clear up sorta.
I did a vacuum leak search and fixed one, no help.

Heres the possibilities I can think of:
Ignition:
Bad coil or wires
Cracked distributor cab (I looked but maybe I missed it)

Fuel:
Bad gas (I filled it to see if prepump was out and no change)
Fuel distributor or control pressure

Lamda Sond:
Frequency valve or relay? I think a 80 GT I owned had similar problems years ago and a new relay fixed it.

Mechanical:
Tining belt slip? (new belt, feels tight)

I don't have much test equipment so it's probably replace stuff till I find it. It's my daily driver for a 45 mi RT commute so I need to fix it today.

Any suggestions? I'm headed out to change wires since it's about due for a tune up anyway, and I'll do a cap and rotor as well since I have it all. What next??
