Cold start lean 200

I have a 1986 244 DL. When cold the car goes lean and back fires. It will not turn up until the thermo opens. It runs perfect as soon as the temp is up.
I have replaced both fuel pumps, filter,plugs,cap,rotor,wires,air filter,
temp sensor. It has about 150,000 on it and is perfect except for this problem.
