Lug Nut spins in rotor 200 1990

OK, the worst for me has happened. Tightening down the left front wheel when one nut and lug stripped free at about 50ft lbs.

Tried to back it off but spins free. All other nuts at final torque.

Any ideas, techniques, extra words that will help on how to get that one nut off so I can pull everything and change the stud or rotor depending upon what is damaged will be greatly appreciated.
