B18 Head Gasket 120-130

Can't seem to find a B18 head gasket by itself. *everyone* wants to sell you a full top end kit for more than I could buy a whole engine gasket kit. What gives? You can still buy B20 head gaskets from many sources. Does the B20 gasket work on the B18?

I know the B18 gasket is too small for the B20, but will it work the other way around? I really do not want to buy another complete gasket kit just for the head gasket...
