the transmission shifts smoothly in all gears at correct speeds.
the od light, relay and button, solenoid all work as they are suppose to
i have detected no slipping in any gear or from startup cold or hot
the car idles at 850 cold or hot with almost no deviation...in neutral or D or R

the problem is this:

the car sounds very noisy when it shifts.
if you place the car in park, shift the gear to D and place one foot on the brake and one foot easy on the gas there is a very noisy rolling around or gurgling sort of sound coming from the torque converter, flywheel area.

if you idle in park the sound remains but you have to listen for it
