hi all,

is there such a thing as nontoxic antifreeze? out of concern for dogs and children, who enjoy the taste of ethylene glycol, i've been using water in my radiator. H20 does a great job of keeping the engine cool, but i was advised that coolant would inhibit rust and lubricate things as it circulates. any thoughts?

p.s. i'm in northern california, and freezing isn't an issue in my neighborhood.
