left hand thread jam nut for left center tie rod end - 142 140-160

I have been searching all over for one of these left handed nuts. Unfortunately, I
lost the old one while replacing the center rod ends. I can't believe this one damned nut is holding me up. No hardware store or even fastener specialists around
here carry left handed metric nuts. Looks like I will have to order one from somewhere unless maybe someone has one laying around. You would think the new rod ends would come with new jam nuts. Oh well.. any help appreciated.
