Good Morning! yesterday afternoon while starting my 1979 245dl to leave, it started right up then ran for a few minutes, I finished then let it sit for a few hours. When i tried to start again, it was dead in the water! it cranked fine but no start. after a few minutes I opened the hood and for whatever reason reached in and grabbed the wires coming out of the distributor then cranked and it started! could this be a pickup coil problem and how easy is it to fix this? thanks!
