Intermitent delayed starting 900 1992

I just recently had the in-tank fuel pump replaced. now i am noticing that when i have a warm engine, after about 15minutes turned off, i go to restart and it is VERY DELAYED. only happens once and starts perfectly after that!

could it be low fuel pressure someplace? or maybe something wrong with the cold start valve? even though the issue is only when it is warm.

any imput would be nice.
