Aux cooling fan repair 700 1987

Hi folks,

I figured out why my AC won't go - my aux fan is seized. I tried to turn the blades through the grill, but they're stuck, and the outer housing looks rusted up.

Is it possible for me to remove and repair this fan motor? What will I need to do to get at it?

Anybody have a spare? :)
