I managed to get the drivers strut done last night. Took a lot longer than expected. I ended up undoing the lower balljoint to get the strut out of the wheel well. I am surprised that the brake lines didn't let loose as they saw some stress. What is the trick to keeping the balljoint connected and swinging the top end of the strut out to swap the tube?

Going to need to tackle the rear shocks as well - any words of advice?
