960 Rear End gears 900

Anyone know who the manufacture of the rear end came in the 95-97 960's?
Would there be a supplier here in the states that would
have replacement gears other than the stealer ship?
The car is used exclusively on the highway and I want to
swap out the gears for higher ratio.
